What is this code on the receipt

The pre-bill carries two QR codes. The top one pays your bill by UzQR, the bottom one tips the waiter. The money goes straight to the venue and the waiter; we never take or hold it.

Two codes on the pre-bill

Top — paying the billUzQR is Uzbekistan's single payment QR code. It already holds the amount and number of your bill. The money goes to the venue's account through its bank.
Bottom — tipsOpens your waiter's page with their name and hints of 10, 15 and 20% of the bill. The transfer goes to their card.

Paying the bill

  1. Open the top code in Click, Payme, Uzum, Kapitalbank or your own bank's app.
  2. Check the payment. The amount is already filled in; there is nothing to type. Click and Payme show the bill number, so you can see you are paying for your own table.
  3. Confirm. You pay nothing on top of the bill: under UzQR rules the venue pays the fee.

Leaving a tip

Point the phone camera at the bottom code and the waiter's page opens. You choose the amount. If the waiter has added their own Click link, Click opens the transfer to them straight away; for other apps the card number is copied for you.

Tips are up to you. Your app may charge its own card-to-card fee (usually 1.1% in Click and Payme) — you see it before sending. We take nothing from tips.

After the transfer you can rate the visit: a happy guest is invited to leave a review on Yandex Maps, and if something was wrong you can write to the manager. That note goes to the venue, not to a public rating.

Is it safe?

If something is wrong

The code does not open
Ask the waiter for the pre-bill again, or pay as usual — by card at the terminal or in cash.
The tips page shows a different waiter
Tips go to the waiter the order is written to. If someone else served your table, tell the waiter or the venue's manager.
