FAQ

Do you take a commission on the bill?
No. A UzQR payment goes through the venue's bank: the bank charges its UzQR fee, as for any QR payment. We are not part of the payment.
Do you take a commission on tips?
No. Tips go from the guest's card straight to the waiter's card; we are not part of the transfer and keep nothing. The guest's app may charge its own card-to-card fee — the guest sees it before sending.
Where does the money go?
The bill goes to the venue's account that the bank linked to its UzQR code. Tips go to the waiter's own card. We never take or hold money.
How much does it cost?
UzQR bill payment on the pre-bill is free. QR tips are 100,000 UZS a month per point plus 20,000 UZS per active waiter; «Waiter on a smartphone» on Poster is 80,000 UZS per waiter who takes orders on the phone. We are in a pilot now: everything is free. On top of that, each point pays nothing for the month in which its first pre-bill is printed and for the whole of the next month. We give at least 30 days' notice before billing starts. Pricing
What needs installing?
For Poster, only our app from Poster and a register restart. For R-Keeper, a pre-bill template the dealer adds in the manager station. For iiko, a pre-bill template the integrator adds in iikoOffice. Without POS software the waiter shows the code on the phone: without a POS.
A waiter has left — what happens to their page?
The manager switches their page off, and the code on old receipts no longer leads to their card. On Poster this happens by itself: when the employee is removed from Poster, we switch their page off at the next check, and after 30 days erase their phone, card and photo.
How safe is it?
We hold no money and see no guest payments. Waiters' card numbers are stored encrypted; managers see only the last four digits. Registers sign their requests with the venue's key.
