QR✓OK for Poster dealers

What QR✓OK is

• The Poster pre-bill carries the venue's own UzQR code — already with the amount and the bill number.
• The guest scans it and pays from Click, Payme or any bank's app. The money goes straight to the venue's account, past us.
• Optionally the same pre-bill carries the waiter's tips code: the guest sends tips to the waiter's card or Click.
• The manager sees the waiters and statistics and sets up tips in the cabinet in the Telegram bot @qrokuzbot.

What the venue needs before installing

1. Its own UzQR code — the plate the venue's bank issues. Without it QR✓OK has nothing to print. If there is no plate yet, help the venue get one together with the bank: more on the how to get UzQR page.
2. Poster on Windows or Android on the registers that print pre-bills.
3. A pre-bill printer with 80 mm paper, connected to the register in Poster.
4. A manager or owner with access to the register — they go through the setup in the bot. It is best to enter the waiters' phone numbers in Poster beforehand: Доступ → Сотрудники (Access → Employees).

Installation step by step

The full guide for the venue is on the Connecting through Poster page. In short:

1. Install QR✓OK on the venue's Poster account. While the app is under Poster's review, send the account name (xxx.joinposter.com) to @qrokuzbot — we open access and send the installation link.
2. Close and reopen Poster on every register — on start the register receives the QR✓OK key.
3. The manager or owner opens «Пречек с UzQR — настройки» on the register and follows the link to the bot (30 minutes, one chat).
4. In the bot: a photo of the UzQR plate, then the tips mode.
5. A test print from the register.
6. Waiters: phone numbers in Poster, then «I am a waiter» in the bot and a card or Click.

Checks after installing

• The pre-bill prints in full, and its UzQR code reads with a phone camera.
• A small test payment by the code on the pre-bill went through and reached the venue's account.
• There is a Telegram group for payment alerts with the bank's bot @cbu_uzqrbot and our @qrokuzbot, and in the uzqr.uz account the code is linked to that bot (⋮ → «Привязать к боту Telegram»).
• The waiters have phone numbers in Poster; at least one waiter is already in the bot and has given a card or Click.

Limits

• Tested on Xprinter network printers with 80 mm paper. Other printers usually work, but agree the first installation on a new model with us.
• If both Android and Windows print to one printer in «Текстовая печать» (text printing) mode, the app allows for it; if pre-bills or kitchen tickets print cut off after installing, write to us.
• After installing and after app updates, Poster must be restarted on the registers: until it is, the register runs the old version.
• The app is not yet published in the Poster catalogue — it is under review. QR✓OK gives the installation link.

Pricing for the venue

QR✓OK is in a pilot now: everything is free for venues, and no invoices are issued. On top of that, each point pays nothing for the month in which its first pre-bill is printed and for the whole of the next month. We give the venue at least 30 days' notice before the paid period starts. Current plans are on the Pricing page, terms in the Public Offer.
